Stability Frame Design
The Mizuno irons feature a stability frame design that removes the weight from the heel while pushing it lower into the toe area. This helps reinforce vibration with proper frequency to achieve maximum feedback. The stability frame design also brings the sweet spot near the center of the face while deepening the center of gravity for improved launch.
Grain Flow Forged Construction
Mizuno JPX 919 Forged irons have an unmistakable feel thanks to the forged construction from 1025 carbon steel’s single billet along with trace amounts of Boron. The Grain Flow forged construction process has been used in the JPX line for the first time. This imparts even more strength and more grain in the area of impact to produce optimum feedback.
CNC milling from sole-up creates larger thin face areas to yield faster ball speeds consistently.
